    • PACIFY, as a licensor, grants to you the licensee of a non-exclusive right to install the accompanying software program(s). You shall not rent, lease, sublicense, modify, alter, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create any derivative work of the software, or remove any copyright notice or proprietary legend contained in the software.
  4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    • All rights and title in and to the properties, and all content included therein (including, without limitation, user accounts, computer code, titles, objects, artifacts, characters, character names, locations, location names, stories, story lines, dialog, catch phrases, artwork, graphics, structural or landscape designs, animations, sounds, musical compositions and recordings, audio-visual effects, character likenesses, and methods of operation, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, taglines, patents, inventions, utility models, know-how, and any other intellectual property) are owned by PACIFY. PACIFYreserve all rights in connection with the properties, including, without limitation, the exclusive right to create derivative works therefrom.
  5. PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
    1. You may understand and undertake that you have the obligation to keep your account and password safe and confidential.
    2. We recommend that you sign out of your account after using the services and do not transfer or lend your account to others.
  6. SERVICE CONTENT
    1. You understand that all of information as part of the services or from your use of services (such as data documents, text, sounds, software, music, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and digital downloads) is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available.
    2. You shall be aware that the contents shown to you as a part of the services include but not limited to the service advertisements and sponsored contents. The contents might be protected by the intellectual property rights that PACIFY’s Services’ sponsors or advertisers hold (or other people/ companies that represent them). You may not modify, lease, rent out, lend, sell, distribute the contents (whether in whole or in part), or create derivative products base on the contents, unless you have the agreement in writing by PACIFY.
    3. PACIFY reserves all rights (but has no obligation) to screen, review, mark, sift, amend, deny or remove any or all of contents in any of the Services. Furthermore, there are also some commercial services and software to restrict repulsive materials in the contents.
    4. You understand that you may encounter some offensive, vulgar and repulsive contents while using services and you shall undertake the related risks yourself.
  7. COURSE OF GAME
    1. PACIFY will reserve your course of game for 30 days.
    2. You can inquiry it by written application if you needed. PACIFY will sent you the information in 7 days since PACIFY get your application.

  9. RULES OF GAME
    • For the purpose of keeping game’s order, PACIFY will develop the rules of game. If there is something you do violate the rule, PACIFY will depend on the situation to notice you to improve or stop your right of playing game.PACIFY will post the rules in game.
  10. TERMINATION
    • You can terminate this agreement at any time. But if your act against the law or something like following example, we may terminate this agreement after notifying you.
    1. Impersonating any person, business, or entity, including an employee of PACIFY, or communicating in any way that makes it appear that the communication originates from Casino Party.
    2. Harassing, stalking, or threatening any other users in the game.
    3. Removing, altering or concealing any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights notices of PACIFY contained in the site, the game and/or the software. You also may not transmit content that violates or infringes the rights of others, including without limitation, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, publicity, personal rights or other proprietary or non-proprietary rights.
    4. Transmitting or communicating any content which, in the sole and exclusive discretion of PACIFY, is deemed offensive, including, but not limited to, language that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
    5. Transmitting or facilitating the transmission of any content that contains a virus, corrupted data, trojan horse, bot keystroke logger, worm, time bomb or other computer programming routines that are intended to and/or actually damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or mine, scrape or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
    6. Spamming chat, whether for personal or commercial purposes, by disrupting the flow of conversation with repeated postings of a similar nature.
  11. MODIFICATION
    • PACIFY reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement. PACIFY will post the information in the official website and notify you when you are logging in.
      If at any time you do not agree with any portion of the then-current version of a particular PACIFY, including but not limited to this agreement, you must immediately stop using the services.
  12. PRIVACY AND YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

    1. Assignment. PACIFY may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You may not assign the Agreement without PACIFY’ prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment by you shall be null and void.

    3. Force Majeure. PACIFY shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside the reasonable control of PACIFY, including, without limitation, any failure to perform hereunder due to unforeseen circumstances or cause beyond PACIFY’ control such as acts of god, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
    4. No Partnership. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and PACIFY as a result of this agreement or your use of the site or the game.
    5. No Waiver. PACIFY’ failure to enforce any provision of this agreement shall in no way be construed to be a present or future waiver of such provision, nor in any way affect the right of any party to enforce each and every such provision thereafter. The express waiver by Casino Party of any provision, condition or requirement of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any future obligation to comply with such provision, condition or requirement.
    6. Section Headings. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this agreement or have any other legal effect.
  14. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
    • These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law and will specifically not be governed by the united nations conventions on contracts for the international sale of goods, if otherwise applicable. For any action at law or in equity relating to the arbitration provision of these terms of use, the excluded disputes or if you opt out of the agreement to arbitrate, you agree to resolve any dispute you have with PACIFYWanin exclusively in court located in Taichung, Taiwan, and to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Taichung, Taiwan for the purpose of litigating all such disputes.

You hereby acknowledge that you have read and understand the foregoing terms of use agreement and agree that your use of any of the properties of Pacify is an acknowledgment of your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
